PHILADELPHIA — A Philadelphia-area woman said she is honored to be the only African-American woman to address the Republican National Convention.

Montgomery County political strategist Renee Amoore is expected to get five minutes on stage tonight at the convention in St. Paul, Minn.

She said she is humbled by the opportunity and her appearance shows "that we have diversity."

Amoore is expected to discuss faith, diversity and small-business issues.
