Families in need are invited to the Family First Resource Center to select school clothes and other free items during the fourth annual back to school clothing drive from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 13 at the center, 216 N. Washington St. Attendees are asked to enter the side door on West Locust Street.

Clothing in all sizes, school supplies, backpacks, accessories and shoes will be available.

BUTLER TWP — The Butler County Amateur Radio Association will have its general club meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, with the business meeting to follow at the Boy Scouts of America Moraine Council building, 830 Morton Ave. Extension, off of Route 356 south near Sheetz.All licensed "hams" and anyone interested in radio may attend. BRADYSBEND — The Bradys Bend Historical Society will hold its annual quilt show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 16 at the St. Stephens Old Stone Church. About 70 quilts will be shown and two will be raffled.The public is invited to display quilts or quilted items. SAXONBURG — Animal Partners of Butler County will offer a rabies clinic from 2 to 4 p.m. Aug. 16 at Knoch High School. Dogs and cats will be given a one-year shot only unless a prior rabies certificate is presented. Dogs must be leashed and cats must be in carriers. All animals must be at least 13 weeks old.

Participants should take a picnic basket to share.
