Blue ribbon apple pie contest planned
The Butler Farm Show also will hosts the 21st annual Blue-Ribbon Apple Pie Contest. Entries, with recipes for the crust and filling, will be delivered from 1 to 4 p.m. Aug. 3 at the farm products building.
Six awards will be given. The first-place winner is eligible to enter the state competition.
