July 16th is your special day and knowing you are in Heaven is comforting even though I am sad.

Your love surrounds me in the notes, cards, gifts and reminders hidden for me to find when grief overwhelms me.

You are still taking care of me here on earth. I would only hope that you are celebrating with a beer, in the middle of the woods, toasting with the moose, elk, turkeys, deer and of course the labs. Those that you loved so much.
