Veterans Honor Veterans
Members of Butler County veterans organizations get ready to raise wreaths to honor veterans of six wars during Butler's Memorial Day ceremony on Tuesday, May 30, 1967. The wreaths were then placed at the base of the monument in Diamond Park. On Memorial Day, Butler's parade will start at 10:40 a.m. at the County Courthouse, head north on Main Street and end with a brief ceremony at North Cemetery.
