FRANKLIN — A Penn State Extension office Regional 4-H Livestock Field Day will be held May 3 at the Venango County Fair Grounds.

Workshops include sessions on caring for 4-H market lambs, raising beef animals and goats, how handling affects meat quality, and pork quality assurance.

The field day begins at 8:30 a.m. The fairgrounds are located at 867 Mercer Road, Franklin.
