D.J. CANNON (Mars), a freshman pitcher on the Seton Hill University baseball team, threw a three-hit shutout in the Griffins' 1-0 win over Davis-Elkins University March 29. Cannon faced the minimum of 21 batters and struck out seven. No runner advanced to second base against him.•

SEAN DOMER (Grove City College), a sophomore on the men's track and field team, was named Presidents' Athletic Conference Men's Field Athlete of the Week. He won the javelin event at the Bill Van Horne Invitational at Wheeling Jesuit University with an NCAAprovisional qualifying mark of 198 feet, 8 inches.•

JESSICA HILLBORN (Slippery Rock University), a sophomore on the women's tennis team, was named PSACWest Player of the Week. She won her No. 4 singles match against Shippensburg 6-0, 6-0, then teamed with Samantha Blackburn to win 8-0 at No. 2 doubles.
