A LOOK BACK
Butler Pure Milk Co. employees pose for this circa 1910 photograph. Established in 1894, the business was at the corner of McKean and Wayne streets. It was equipped with the latest in separators, cheese and butter making machinery, and ice cream freezers. By 1906, the business expanded, building additional creameries in Crawford County.
