The Butler County Farm Bureau will hold its annual spring meeting at 7 p.m. April 8 at the Unionville Grange Hall on Benbrook Road.

The agenda features Jennifer Harry, natural resources director for the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, who will present a program on the ACRE Law, a film and discussion on the mobile agricultural education science lab and committee reports.

A stuffed pork chop dinner will be served. Cost is $11 per person. There will be a drawing for a 2009 county farm bureau membership and door prizes.

Reservations are due by April 1. Checks should be made payable to the Butler County Farm Bureau and mailed to Evelyn Minteer, county information director, 362 North Road, Butler PA 16001.
