PITTSBURGH — A U.S. District Court jury has now deliberated for a third day without a verdict in the fraud trial of celebrity pathologist and former Allegheny County Coroner Cyril Wecht.

The jury that is mulling a 41-count indictment charging Wecht with mail and wire fraud will not continue deliberations until Tuesday.

The trial has recessed each Friday and the jurors had also asked to be given Monday off so they could travel over the Easter holiday.
