Judge sentences molester 'to hell'

UNIONTOWN, Pa. — A Fayette County judge says a man convicted and imprisoned a fourth time for child molesting will go to hell to serve the rest of the 52½ - to 105-year prison sentence the judge imposed.

Fifty-seven-year-old Earl Fulton was sentenced Tuesday by Judge Gerald Solomon.

Fulton's other convictions date to 1970. The judge imposed the long sentence because of the horrific abuse detailed by four boys, ages 7 to 15, molested in Fulton's home in 2006.

Solomon wrapped up the sentencing by telling Fulton "if there truly is a hell, that is where you will serve your remaining sentence."

A psychiatrist says Fulton is a predator who exhibits the mental abnormality of pedophilia.
