BRENDA MAXWELL (Seneca Valley), a senior on the Bethany (W.Va.)College women's swim team, won the 1,650 freestyle in 20 minutes, 12.35 seconds, the ninth- fastest time recorded by a Presidents' Athletic Conference swimmer this season, in the Bison's 153-123 loss to Chatham recently. Maxwell also won the 200 individual medley in 2:33.43.
