MOLLY EVANS (Butler), a freshman at Carnegie Mellon University, captured the University Athletic Association's Women's Swimmer of the Week award for the third time this season. In a 108-95 win over Westminster College Saturday, Evans won the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2 minutes, 9.59 seconds, her fifth school record, and in the 500 freestyle, where she swam a career-best 5:05.70. Evans already has qualified for the NCAA Championships in March.
