PITTSBURGH — A jury of six men and six women has been picked to hear testimony in the federal fraud trial of 76-year-old celebrity pathologist Cyril Wecht.

Wecht is accused of using his former government staff to benefit his famous, multimillion-dollar private practice. Opening statements are scheduled for Monday.

Wecht resigned as the Allegheny County medical examiner and coroner after being indicted.
