Edward L. Boyer, 71, of Zelienople, formerly of Dubois, died Saturday morning at the St John Specialty Care Center, Mars.

Born in Harmony, Nov. 11, 1936, he was the son of Russell W. and Margaret Roxberry Boyer.

Mr. Boyer attended the Park Presbyterian Church, Zelienople.

He had been a laborer for several different companies.

He was the last surviving member of his family of five girls and five boys.

Surviving are his nephew and caregiver, Dennis McCormick of Evans City, and several additional nieces and nephews.
