Cynthia Giobbi

Cynthia Kim Giobbi, 50, of Sarver, formerly of Connellsville, died Monday in UPMC Magee Women's Hospital after a battle with ovarian cancer.

She was born April 13, 1957, in Connellsville, the daughter of Rose Hensel Towzey and the late William Towzey.

Mrs. Giobbi was a 1975 graduate of Connellsville High School.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Michael Giobbi; two daughters, Breanne Marie Freehling and her husband, Tim, and Kaleigh Michelle Giobbi at home; two grandsons, Cameron and Arron Freehling; and her mother, Rose Towzey of Connellsville.

<B>GIOBBI</B> — Friends of Cynthia Kim Giobbi, who died Monday, Dec. 3, 2007, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the <B>BROOKS FUNERAL HOME</B>, 111 E. Green St., Connellsville. The family will continue to receive friends from 9 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Friday, when a prayer service will be held followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. in the Connellsville Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Mark Juengel officiating.
