WALK THE LINE
Striking Seneca Valley teachers walk the picket line in front of the Evans City School. The teachers went on strike Oct. 15 after nearly 16 months of negotiations with the district failed to produce a new contract. After five weeks on the picket line, they returned to work without a contract. The two sides remain at odds over salaries and health care benefits and are now in nonbinding arbitration.
