Charles H. Klinge Jr., 68, of Valencia died Sunday morning at the UPMC Passavant hospital, McCandless Township.

Born in Pittsburgh, Nov. 27, 1938, he was the son of Charles H. and Isabel Klinge Sr.

He was a truck driver for the Teamster's Union Local 249 in Pittsburgh.

Mr. Klinge served in the 101st Airborne Division of the Army from 1956 to 1958.

His wife, Myrna M. Grant Klinge, died Feb. 14, 2000.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Douglas (Sherry) Maybee of Valencia; three sons, Charles Klinge III of Mars, Lance Klinge of Evans City and Michael Klinge (Debbie) of Maine; a sister, Donna Klinge of Sewickley; two brothers, Phillip and Robert Klinge, both of Pittsburgh, and seven grandchildren.
