Helen Windows, 84, of Lower Burrell, formerly of Frazer Township, Allegheny County, died Monday at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Born May 11, 1923, in Dayton, Pa., she was the daughter of John and Frances Orband.

She was a homemaker and member of the Bull Creek Presbyterian Church, West Deer Township, Allegheny County.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Howard G. Windows Sr.; a daughter, Evelyn Callender of Buffalo Township; sons, Howard G. (Toni) Windows Jr. of Natrona Heights, Thomas W. (Linda Mae) Windows of North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County; grandchildren, Matthew (Lisa) Callender, Erik Michael (Christine) Windows, Tracey Lynn (Garry) Schwartz, Megan Rae Windows, Michael Richard (Sara) Windows and Jodi (Jeff) Bichsel; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Carl, John and Joseph Orband, and sisters, Frances Koening and Ann Pieper.

<B>WINDOWS </B>— Friends of Helen Windows, who died Monday, Oct. 29, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>ADAM SIEMIANOWSKI FUNERAL HOME</B>, Starr Road, Russellton, West Deer Township. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Alyce Weaver Dunn, pastor of the Trinity United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be at the Bull Creek Cemetery, West Deer Township.
