Bernice D. Rosile

Bernice D. Rosile, 80, of Butler died Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born in Adrian, Armstrong County, on Nov. 9, 1926, she was the daughter of Ernest and Aida Claypoole Rodgers.

Mrs. Rosile was a homemaker.

She formerly was employed at the Monroe Hotel, where she was a cook, and at Tack's Bakery.

She was a Protestant.

She is survived by three brothers, Miles Rodgers of Sebring, Ohio, and Robert and Grant Rodgers both of Butler; a sister, Mrs. Annabel Crissman of Kittanning, and a number of nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Rosile, who died Feb. 14, 1978; two brothers, and a sister

<B>ROSILE</B> — Friends of Bernice D. Rosile, who died Friday, Oct. 19, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the <B>Martin Funeral Home</B>, 429 Center Ave. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Richard Buchanan, a retired Baptist minister, officiating. Burial will be in Montgomeryville Baptist Cemetery.Information also is available at www.martinfh.net.
