Vernon R. Regal, 97, of Meridian died Saturday at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot.

Born March 6, 1910, in Butler, he was a son of Arthur F. and Florence Guise Regal.

Mr. Regal had been self employed and dealt in the restoration and sale of art and antiques.

Surviving are a sister, Amy L. Regal of Meridian; a nephew, Samuel F. Regal of Zelienople; two nieces, Mrs. Earl (Catherine) Fox of Harmony and Mrs. Margaret Diebold of Riverside, Calif., and several grandnieces and grandnephews.

Three brothers and a sister preceded him in death.
