Gehrs

Virginia Lee Gehrs, 63, of Middletown, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday at the Middletown Regional Hospital.

Born Sept. 2, 1944, in Eldorado, Parker Township, she was the daughter of Frederick M. and Mildred M. Rea Pennington.

She served in the Air Force from 1963 to 1966.

Mrs. Gehrs attended the First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, William M. Gehrs; a daughter, Penny Nerderman and her husband, Scott, and a son, Gregory Gehrs and his wife, Diana, all of Middletown; four grandchildren, Joshua Gehrs and Jordan, Ethan and Megan Nerderman; three sisters, Loretta Rea of Middletown, Pa., Sonja Cratty of North Washington and Randa Anthony of Eldorado; four brothers, Lewis Pennington of Bruin, Otis Pennington of Eldorado, Clarence Pennington of Tennessee and Orrie Pennington of Petrolia, and many nieces and nephews.

<B>GEHRS</B> — Friends of Virginia Lee Gehrs, who died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2007, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the <B>Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home</B>, 517 S. Sutphin St., Middletown, Ohio.<B> </B>Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Ken Fey officiating.
