JEFF WEISS (Slippery Rock University) was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Men's Runner of the Week after being the top Division IIfinisher at the Penn State Invitational. Weiss was third out of 222 runners overall with a time of 26 minutes, 19 seconds.
