Loving memories of Margaret Skendall, March 7, 1910 to September 28, 2001

Gray clouds in luminous September sky

As we prepared to say good bye

News was full of 9-11

As you began your walk toward heaven.

World's most gracious loving mom

Loved by students, family, friends

Your charity was overflowing

We ached to know that you were going.

Artist, linguist, New England roots

Rosy cheeks and gentle smile

Irish-English brown eyed lady

Loved yellow roses, seashore, babies...

Dad's chickadee for sixty years

These memories shine through our tears.
