Dog breeder guilty of animal cruelty
HOLLAND — A Lancaster County dog breeder accused of keeping animals in unsanitary conditions without adequate veterinary care has pleaded guilty to animal cruelty and agreed to pay a $1,000 fine.
The owner of Hutchinson Kennel in Earl Township entered the pleas Wednesday. Paula Hutchinson was placed on 18 months' probation.
