In loving memory of my beloved husband, Donald R. Parton, who passed away one year ago today.

As your wife of thirty years, you were an enormous and everlasting influence in my life. You were my best friend, and you always were there for me. You were a great man with a heart so loving and special. You always brought out a delightful smile to my face that was warm and pleasant. I remember you responding so caringly, that your every effort made me feel so proud inside. How many times do I think of you and miss you...only my heart knows. Thank you, Don, for showing me you cared in so many ways. For spreading happiness where ever you went but most of all for being the wonderful man, husband, and partner that you always were. You were also a great stepfather, someone who was always willing to lend a helping hand anytime day or night. And your gracious presence within our own family will be sadly missed, forever.

Also, from the very heart of your treasured sister, you brought the greatest of all conversations at every special occasion.
