Frank H. McKitten, 91, of Saxonburg, formerly of Butler, died at 9:40 a.m. Wednesday at Outlook Pointe.

Born Sept. 15, 1915, in Butler, he was the son of Andrew and Anna McKitten.

He enjoyed hunting and trout fishing.

Mr. McKitten loved doing business and making deals, and he was the owner and operator of the Paradise Inn.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Bror (Caryn) Dahlberg of California; two sons, Frank L. and Dennis G. McKitten, both of Butler; three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. A sister, Pauline Thomas and a brother, John McKitten, both of Butler, also survive.

His wife, Genevieve B. Huff McKitten, whom he married May 5, 1939, died March 6, 1997. He also was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
