The Rampage Girls 12-under fast-pitch softball travel team won the 2007 Western Pennsylvania NSA12-under state championship held recently at Penn Trafford.

Justine Cousins of Butler and Madison Labon of Fombell are members of the team that won six games to claim the title.

The Rampage defeated the Vipers East, 9-1, in the championship game.

PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday signed punter Dan Sepulveda, their fourth-round draft pick, and offensive lineman Cameron Stephenson, a fifth-rounder.Sepulveda and Stephenson are the first two of the Steelers' eight picks to reach terms.Sepulveda, from Baylor, twice won the Ray Guy award as the top college punter..Stephenson switched from defensive tackle to offensive guard before his senior season at Rutgers.

PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Steelers offensive line coach Larry Zierlein apologized Thursday for accidentally e-mailing an explicit sex video to numerous NFL employees, including league commissioner Roger Goodell.Zierlein said the incident has been difficult for him and his family and that he intends to use his team-issued computer only for football business from now on. He sent a note of apology to all NFL employees and those with the Steelers who received his raunchy e-mail."It's hard because I made an inexcusable mistake," Zierlein said, discussing the matter for the first time. "It was hard first for the organization. They had to explain and go through ... and my family, for what they're going to have to hear."
