First of all, I love animals and do not believe in animal cruelty at all. However, I do not own pets and I have people all around me that have pets. If people care so much about their pet, do not allow the pet to run loose. I believe there is a law against that. If you care about your pet, take your own responsibility for your pet and do not allow your pet even a remote chance of being harmed. People will get aggravated if your pet poops in their lawn, runs in their lawn, and annoyingly barks. I believe if an animal strays into a persons yard and will not leave, that person should have the right to protect themself. Why should people put up with your pet? Take responsibility, it is your pet. Butler courts do a great job. I do sick of people putting it down. If I ran this town, I would be pulling my hair out, becasue of all the brainless people that think their pets should run loose and do whatever they please. I think the judge should have cited you, for not having your dog on a leash. Take responsibility for your pet. Take it on a leash to go to the bathroom and then clean it up. It's your dog.
