Butler County's great daily newspaper

Right on!

Josh , I am with you. I too got sucked into the NFL Network. I purchased it and kept it for the entire year with the belief I would be able to see certain games. But when it came down to game day they blacked it out and blamed it on contractual agreements they had with the NFL network. Something about the entire package costing millions and how they would have to charge everyone for the service in order to break even, blah blah blah. They falsly represented this service to all of us. Not only that but before I purchased the channel I asked them if I would have access to all the games aired and I was told yes. I think they need to get their stuff together. As much as we pay for cable these days I think it is awful that they didn't deliver on this one. I don't think it is too much to ask for to receive the service you payed for and were promised. At the very least I think we all deserve a refund and a letter of apology for last years tap dancing routine by Armstrong. If your not going to deliver a certain service, fine!; but don't lead people to believe that you are if your not! Right? Had I known the situation in truth I would have never purchased the NFL network. Why would I? what good did it do any of us? It is completely useless in our area. Regards, John
