The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture has provided this report on the Feb. 26 New Wilmington Livestock Auction.

CATTLE 159

Steers — Choice 1-3, two, 1355 and 1375 lbs., 86. and 89.; select 1-2. 81.-87.; standard 1-2, few, 70.-77.

Holstein steers — Choice 2-3, two, 1455 and 1615 lbs., 68. and 70.50; select 1-2, few, 60.-65.50.

Heifers — Choice 1-3, few, 1155-1300 lbs., 87.50-90.; select 1-2, few, 80.-84.50; standard 1-2, few, 75.-80.

Cows — Breakers, 75-80 percent lean, 48.-54., one 56.50; boners, 80-85 percent lean, 46.-51.50; lean, 85-90 percent lean, 42.-47.50.; shells 38. and down.
