Morley H. Lawson
Morley H. Lawson, 86, of Freeport died Thursday at West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Born May 27, 1920, in Detroit, Mich., he was the son of Charles and Edna Botting Lawson.
He served in the Army during World War II and retired in 1985 as a machinist at Herr-Voss in Callery.
Mr. Lawson enjoyed volunteering and helping people.
Surviving are his wife, Eunice McCloskey Lawson, whom he married Aug. 29, 1942; three sons, Morley Lawson of Renfrew, Larry Lawson of Portland, Ore., and Thomas Lawson of Freeport; eight grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Donald and William "Willie;" an infant daughter; and a granddaughter, Pamela Zulick.
