Warren W. Shetter
Warren W. Shetter, 83, of Butler, formerly of Saxonburg, died Wednesday at the Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born Oct. 28, 1923, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Joseph and Clara Benz Shetter.
He served in the Army during World War II and the Korean War.
Mr. Shetter had been a lab technician at Gulf Research in Harmarville and retired in 1982.
He was a member of the Bakerstown United Methodist Church and the Natrona Heights VFW Post 894.
He enjoyed Christmas train displays and singing.
Surviving are three sons, Ronald K. Shetter of Valencia, Gerald W. Shetter of West Alexander, Washington County, and Arthur L. Shetter of Butler; a daughter, Mrs. Jerrold (Maryjo) Shetter of Cabot; a brother, Kenneth Shetter of Munhall; a sister, LaVerne Kohnen of Castle Shannon; and a half-sister, Betty Klinger of Lebanon, Pa.
He also is survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Santina Regina Shetter, who died March 20, 1992, and a brother.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Matthew Judd officiating.
