Saddam truly was an evil ruler, but USA's hands are soiled. He used poison gas against his own people and the Iranians. At that time, our policy was to use Saddam as a neutralizer for the entire region. His source of these poisonous gases was none other than Secretary of Defense Dick Chaney. Talk about shock and awe! Once again, the real losers are the brutalized Iraqui people.
