FREEPORT — Cornerstone Baptist Bible Church, 386 Iron Bridge Road, will host a patriotic service at 11 a.m. Sunday to remember those who died in the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.

2 speakers visit dinner meeting

The Butler After Five Womens Club will host a dinner at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Butler YWCA, 120 W. Cunningham St.

The event will feature speakers Bess Higgins, a centenarian and former teacher, and Karen McKay, who will speak on the topic "Roots and Wings."

Keystone Squares offers free lessons

The Keystone Squares dance club will host free square dance lessons for participants age 13 and older, from 8 to 10 p.m. Wednesday and Sept. 20 at the YWCA, 120 W. Cunningham St.
