CABOT — Concordia Lutheran Ministries will hold its 125th annual festival from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday behind the Haven III building, Marwood Road.

The festival will include a worship service at 3 p.m., entertainers, children's activities and the opportunity to tour the Haven II model apartment during a 4 p.m. Open House.

Picnic food will be served in the Haven III dining room and outside under the tent.

The Department of Agriculture is planning to release additional Farmers Market Nutrition vouchers to the Butler County Area Agency on Aging.Butler County consumers who received four vouchers from the first distribution may not apply for more.Consumers who meet income guidelines, have not yet obtained his or her allotment of four vouchers, and wish to do so, should call the Butler County Area Agency on Aging in mid-August to verify distribution plans. The STS Foundation, a nonprofit student exchange program, is seeking host families for high school students planning to study in Butler County, during the 2006-07 school year.Host families provide a bed, family meals and a safe environment. The Crossfire Band will perform at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Carousel Shelter at Alameda Park.The local group will perform music by contemporary Christian artists.

The meal will begin at 2 p.m.Participants should take a dish to share, beverages, lawn chairs and a white elephant gift. Families with children should bring a white elephant gift for children.
