Donations are now being collected for a Granny's Attic Rummage Sale to be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 4 at the Butler YWCA, 120 W. Cunningham St.

Donations of clothing, furniture, dishes, toys and miscellaneous items may be left in the YWCA lobby.

The Butler Public Library, 218 N. McKean St., will host Nursery Rhyme Time from 10:30 to 10:50 a.m. Wednesdays, Aug. 2 through 23.The sessions are free and open to children ages 12 to 24 months. For information or to register, call 724-287-1715 or e-mail lcampbell@bcfls.org.

PROSPECT — The Visiting Nurses Association Hospice will host a bereavement camp for children ages 5 to 15 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 9 at Camp Lutherlyn.For information or to register, call 724-431-3520.

GROVE CITY — Areunion will be held at noon Aug. 1 at Grove City Memorial Park for Western Pennsylvania residents who spend winters in the St. Cloud-Kissimmee area of Florida.Participants should arrive at the park at the Memorial Shelter at 11:45 a.m. and take a covered dish, dessert and table service. Meat, rolls, butter coffee and iced tea will be provided.

MARS — The Mars Public Library, 107 Grand Ave., will host a children's program at 11 a.m. July 31 on how dogs help police.Police officer Wallace of Ohio Township will introduce police dog Chook, used in drug enforcement and search and rescue.Registration for the program is required. CENTER TWP — The Red Bonnets and Bifocals, Crimson Chapeau Cuties and Sassy Scarlett Sisters chapters of the Red Hat Society will host a flea market from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 29 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Sunset Drive.The event will feature red hat merchandise and other items. CALLENSBURG — The Callensburg-Licking Township Volunteer Fire Company, Route 368, will host its annual ATVPoker Run July 29.Trails will open at 9 a.m. and registration will end at noon. Participants must leave the trails by 5 p.m.The event will include strip mine play areas, mud bogs and a concession stand.
