An Aug. 19 wedding is being planned by Slippery Rock residents Chastity Kelsey and Jason McKinney.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ralph Kelsey, Kathy Sexton and Dwayne Sexton, all of Nova, Ohio. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Chip and Kay McKinney of Butler.

The bride-elect graduated in 1994 from Black River High School and Medina Career Center. She works as a customer service representative for United Plate Glass in Butler.

Her fiancé graduated in 1996 from Moniteau High School. He works for Armstrong Utilities in Butler.
