Married couples, both older than 60, with a gross annual income at or below $24,420 are eligible for $40 worth of vouchers. Income from all sources must be counted, including but not limited to Social Security, pension, wages, interest and rental income.Proof of age and residency must be provided.Homebound seniors may send a representative with the identification materials and eligibility information to pick up vouchers.
