ROSSTWP, Allegheny County — La Roche College awarded Mark Dawson of Cranberry Township the annual Faculty Excellence Award.

Dawson is chairman of the accounting department. He has taught there for six years.

The award is given each year to a member of the faculty nominated by his peers for excellence in teaching and service.

Dawson graduated from Indiana (Pa. ) University and Clarion University, where he has also taught.
