Hare, Norman

A Sept. 23 wedding is being planned by Fombell residents Carol Norman and Richard Hare.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Harry and Cheryl Norman of Evans City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are the late Ralph Hare and Marilyn Hare.

The bride-elect attended Seneca Valley High School and earned a bachelor of science degree in safety management at Slippery Rock University. She works in human resources for the Ellwood City Forge in Ellwood City.

Her fiancé also attended Seneca Valley High School. He is currently serving as the assistant chief of training for a fire department in Youngstown, Ohio. He is also a member of the Air Force Reserves.
