Elser, Rovan

A Sept. 9 wedding is being planned by Brittany Elser of Prospect and John Rovan of Johnstown.

The bride-to be is the daughter of William and Donna Elser of Prospect. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are John and Patricia Rovan of Johnstown.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Slippery Rock High School, a 2005 graduate of Slippery Rock University and a 2006 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She is employed in the Hunt Library at Carnegie Mellon University.

Her fiancé graduated in 1998 from Southwestern High School and in 2004 from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He works at Martin Baker, America in Johnstown.
