Muntz, Garver

A Sept. 2 wedding is being planned by Mandy Garver and Josh Muntz, both of Oak Hill, Va.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Cindy Garver of Fairfax, Va. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Gordon and Kim Muntz of Portersville.

The bride-elect graduated in 1999 from W.T. Woodson High School and in 2003 from Grove City College, earning a bachelor of arts degree in business communication. In 2005, she received a master's certificate in human resources management. She works as a business operations manager for SM&A in Reston, Va.

Her fiancé is a 1998 graduate of Seneca Valley High School. He served in the Army from 1999 to 2004 and is now working as a telecommunications engineer for ITTIndustries in the Pentagon.
