Fox, Bartley

A July 1 wedding is being planned by Jennifer Bartley and Steven Fox, both of Wheeling, W.Va.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Douglas and Jacqueline Bartley of Wheeling and the granddaughter of Margaret Kress of Middlesex Township and Arthur and Jean Bartley of Valencia. Parents of the bridegroom are Dr. and Mrs. Matthew Fox of Wheeling.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and is completing a degree in business administration at Elon University. She works at Performa in Burlington, N.C.

Her fiancé graduated in 2002 from Wheeling Park High School and is currently completing a degree at Eckerd College. He plans to attend Marshall University's School of Medicine in the fall.
