Showcase, which is at the Intersection of Routes 322 and 66 in Shippenville, is proud of its long history and commitment in the manufactured housing industry.
Owned by Rick and Susan Slike, who are second-generation owners, they instill the same quality and value in their work and customer appreciation as Paul Stehle, Susan's father, did in 1958 when he first opened his doors. They take pride in their business and try to provide everyone with a quality-built product at the best possible value.
With 48 total years the family has been in business, Showcase has seen the industry evolve from 8-foot wide trailers into the 28-foot and 32-foot wide custom modular and sectional homes of today.
Showcase Mobile Homes, formerly known as Stehle's Mobile Housing Inc., has been an exclusive Commodore Homes retailer for 24 years. In the past 19 years, Showcase has been the Number One single lot dealer 11 times, top five single lot dealer seven times, and in 1995 received Commodore's overall award, outperforming Commodore's other single-lot and multi-lot dealerships.
Showcase is proud to offer in 2006 Commodore's new modular home to further meet the needs of today's consumers.
With the production line under way at the new Pennwest LLC modular home facility in Emlenton, Showcase is extremely excited about the new modular home offerings. By taking the modular product to the next level of innovation, Pennwest offers a more complete and finished home for today's homebuyers by providing name-brand appliances, complete plumbing and heating systems, plus numerous other features.
