A July 1 wedding is being planned by Pittsburgh residents Teresa Weimer and Brian Hammond.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Stewart and Filippa Weimer of Cranberry Township. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Ronald and Maureen Hammond of Mars.

The bride-elect graduated in 1996 from Seneca Valley High School and in 2000 from Ohio University, earning a bachelor of science degree in visual communication. She works for Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh and is pursuing a teaching certificate at the Community College of Allegheny County.

Her fiancé is a 1996 graduate of Seneca Valley High School. He also attended the Art Institute of California. He works at Hyehold Restaurant in Moon Township.
