Jordan Hammer, 15, meets Pittsburgh Steelers strong safety Troy Polamalu during his recent weeklong trip to Hawaii. While the highlight of the trip was the Pro Bowl game on Feb. 12, in which Palamalu played, Jordan's Make-A-Wish trip also included a luau, snorkeling, and sight-seeing to places like Pearl Harbor. His mother, Ginny, said the trip was an enjoyable time for the Connoquenessing Township family, including her husband, Doug, and another son, Mitch. Jordan, who is diagnosed with Fredrich's ataxia, chose to go to the Pro Bowl over the Super Bowl before the Steelers claimed a playoff spot.
