A June 17 wedding is being planned by Tina Roppolo and Jay Keener, both of Charlotte, N.C.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Peter and Claudia Roppolo of West Palm Beach, Fla. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Michael and Susan Keener of Huntersville, N.C., formerly of Butler.

The bride-elect graduated in 1998 from Oakton High School and in 2002 from Gannon University. She is a teacher at the Charlotte Jewish Day School in Charlotte, N.C.

Her fiancé graduated in 1998 from Butler High School and in 2003 from Gannon University. He is a teacher at Lake Norman High School in Mooresville, N.C.
