McClain, Kooser

A Sept. 2 wedding is being planned by Shannon McClain of Saxonburg and Eric Kooser of Connellsville.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dr. Gordon and Sharon McClain of Saxonburg. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Dennis and Jennifer Kooser of Connellsville.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Knoch High School. She is currently pursuing a degree in broadcast communications at Westminster College.

Her fiancé graduated in 2000 from Connellsville High School, in 2004 from California (Pa.) University and in 2005 from Redlands University. He works with the Department of Defense in Washington, D.C.
