Delaney, DeBacco

A Sept. 9 wedding is being planned by Chicora residents Kara DeBacco and David Delaney.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lou and Joni DeBacco of Sugarcreek. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Bud and Pat Delaney of Petrolia.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Karns City High School. She works as an administrative assistant at Penn United Technology in Cabot.

Her fiancé graduated from Karns City High School and Butler County Community College. He works as an assistant quality manager at Penn United Technology.
